OUR POLICIES

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • Same day cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments may be subject to full charges.
  • Late arrival will compromise the length of your treatment as the next guest's appointment cannot be delayed.
  • A credit card number is required to reserve appointments.
  • Please switch your cell phone to silent during your visit with us, and avoid taking calls if possible. Cell phones are disruptive to the spa environment and our guests.
  • Children are not permitted to accompany a parent during their treatment.
  • All service prices are exclusive of tax or gratuities and are subject to change without notice.

REFUND POLICY


From time to time we may make exceptions for the following reasons:

  • Any un-opened product that has been purchased within the past 14 days.
  • You are experiencing an allergic reaction to your product within the first 14 days of use.
  • Your product is defective or damaged upon opening.
In the case of a reaction or problem with any makeup or skincare products purchased, we do require a consultation to be booked with one of our Estheticians to assess the skin and determine the best course of action moving forward. Please be sure to contact us with any concerns you may have with your products within 7 days of the purchase date.
Product returns are eligible for a store credit only (no refunds) and must be done within 14 days of the purchase date. To avoid dissatisfaction we do not condone sharing products or self-prescribing. We offer complimentary Skin Consultations to assist you in determining the appropriate products for your skin type and concerns.
